A few important things to know
We are happy to help with setup, data, accounts, security, and software-related phone problems.
Apple, Google, Microsoft, carriers, banks, and other services control their own recovery and identity-verification processes.
A phone that will not power on, unlock, connect, or remain stable may require a different recovery approach.
Activations, number transfers, SIM restrictions, billing disputes, and locked accounts may require direct carrier assistance.
