Some problems can be checked without bringing the computer into the shop. Our remote diagnostics service lets Denali Computers securely connect for a one-day support session, inspect the issue, explain what we find, and repair what can be safely handled online.
Remote service is best for software issues, browser problems, email/account questions, pop-ups, tune-ups, and diagnostics. Hardware repair, failed drives, severe infections, new computer setup, and data recovery may still require an in-shop service.

Scam protection is included, but Aurora Care is bigger than scams. It is built to make everyday computer life safer, calmer, and easier to manage.
